States that "Whenever it is safe for people and property, we perform live bee removal", collecting the colony and relocating it to an apiary or a local beekeeper, and describes that as "a very different approach from companies that only spray and walk away". That is the company's own description.
Straightforward about the limits of live removal, which is unusual and worth knowing: it performs live relocation only for newly-arrived swarms that are not yet established, fully exposed rather than inside a structure, and reachable. Swarms it does take are moved to its own managed hives. It states its first priority is the safety of people, pets and the public during a removal.
States its crops are grown "without a single chemical or synthetic pesticide". No third-party certifying agent is named on the site, so this is a practice claim rather than a certificate and no Verified badge is shown.
